If we receive your email with the updated address after the applicable production cutoff, your mail drop for that quarter will be sent to the delivery address originally included in your order, and a new purchase will be required before that mail drop can be resent.
All processed payments are non-refundable, except where we determine that we will not be able to fulfill all or part of an order, or that fulfillment would be unreasonable or impractical. In such circumstances, we will issue a refund for the unfulfilled portion of the order.
