Please note:

• If you update your address in your account, the change will not automatically update the delivery address in your existing orders. Please email laurenchanfineartinfo@gmail.com as soon as possible with your new delivery address. If we receive your email with the updated address after the applicable production cutoff, your mail drop for that quarter will be sent to the delivery address originally included in your order, and a new purchase will be required before that mail drop can be resent.

• All processed payments are non-refundable, except where we determine that we will not be able to fulfill all or part of an order, or that fulfillment would be unreasonable or impractical. In such circumstances, we will issue a refund for the unfulfilled portion of the order.

• If you choose the subscription option, your subscription will automatically renew every three (3) months until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account.

• We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing at any time. We will provide each current mail drop subscriber with at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice via email to the respective email address associated with that subscriber’s account before any price adjustment takes effect. If you do not wish to accept any such price modification, you must cancel your subscription before the new rate applies.

• The subscription option uses an express checkout. If you have other items in your cart, please purchase them first, or place a separate order after completing your subscription.
